Description:

Exhibits at the Red River Historical Museum focus on the history of Grayson County through more than 50,000 antique items and artwork. The museum is located in the old Carnegie Library and the adjacent Church of Christ buildings in downtown Sherman, two blocks south of the Victorian Furniture Museum. The Church of Christ building features 48 original stained glass windows, the largest such collection in north Texas, while the library building displays items ranging from old farm equipment to hand-painted porcelain dinnerware to antique maps and photographs.

Open Tue. - Sat., 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; Closed Sun. - Mon.
